I'd really appreciate if you could just shed some light on where someone young (and green) like me can begin.

I am completely green in real estate, with that being said, Is it a disadvantage to let a realtor now you are shopping the housing market with the intent to flip a house?

From one mile to the next, the changes in the styles are dramatic and the amount of green space multiplies.With all the new developments - Under Armour and Morgan Stanley moving their corporate headquarters here; Port Covington Revitalization project; Sparrows Point Port project; and the multitude of city park beautifications, it's easy to see a new, shiny Baltimore not far off in the future and I, for one, am happy to be here to see it.

Sorry to sound so green but I am really m green at this.

After all if you have to look at an orange countertop or green carpets for a little while, you will be ok.

It was a small side yard so made sense to add more green.
