Also, being a bit away from the highway also helps cut down on the traffic (volume / noise).I totally agree about the security.

If you have good pictures and your rental is priced competitively you shouldn't have any issues getting traffic traffic.

I would like to hire a virtual assistant to handle inbound phone traffic.

I would thing major retailers would bring traffic off the freeway for shopping and dining.
