Zillow is suggesting I pay $30 for 90 days to upgrade to Premium - Is it worth it

I read the little advertisement, included below and it did not seem to be much value.  Have any of you done it, and is it worth it?

I pay the $30.  If my property sits one less day I have already made up the $30 difference.
