Zillow is suggesting I pay $30 for 90 days to upgrade to Premium - Is it worth it

I read the little advertisement, included below and it did not seem to be much value.  Have any of you done it, and is it worth it?

I have used zillow but have never paid the $30 to upgrade and have had no issues on finding a renter. I don't really think it is worth the extra expense. If you live in a medium or high demand area, I wouldn't even consider paying for it.
