Hello,  

New to the networking thing,  My Name is Terry Jacobsen my wife and I are buy and hold Single family couple.  Most of our houses are in Lakewood Washington but I have spent a fair amount of time Looking all around the Puget sound area.   We have been buying in lakewood for the last five years and things are going good.  Military town.  Love the area.  Not to crazy about the traffic.  

So far all the purchases have been pretty standard. Inherited homes, found one on Craigs list, Picked up a 4 bedroom REO early this year and currently we are in the process of closing a Short sale.

I have been mainly listening to the podcasts as of late.  working my way from number 1.  I love all the Nuggets,  just cant take it in fast enough.  

We live in University place Washington.  It good to be around people that are into what we love to do.  Cheers Terry Jacobsen
