I would say the best thing to do is document (in the form of a timeline) for your own records exactly what has happened and the steps you took to get there info.

The approval could have been tied into a certain time line etc.Servicers are saying rules and guidelines are changing constantly so changes happen almost every month if not to the week or the day.
