I receive probably 100+ responses from Zillow/Hotpads/etc too, but a response is completely different than an actual follow-through of coming to see the property and filling out an application.For each response I get, I send back a canned (pre-written) response to them informing them of more details such as open-house date.

And he was in a pair of jeans and a T-shirt while the old woman was in a heavy woolen coat that look like it was made in Russia with a babushka wrapped around her head, muff, mittens and was slumped half way out of her wheel chair, most likely from heat exhaustion as it was a terribly warm day out and even warmer inside the court room, with all these people.

Law students also can't afford to get into trouble, because in order to be admitted to the bar, they undergo background and credit checks and have to be approved by the bar, and explain any lawsuits, etc.The worst thing about law students is that they will be so exhausted they will write out the rent check and forget to give it to you.
