Loopholes of Real Estate by Garrett Sutton, Esq

Tax-Free Wealth by Tom Wheelwright, CPA

The Power of Zero by David McKnight

REIT Investing for Beginners by Lawrence Smith

What Would the Rockefellers Do? by Garret Gunderson

Some of these go beyond the core of Real Estate themselves and into personal wealth building, life, etc... but I have found much inspiration from these titles.  By no means is this an exhausted list.
