Resources for estimating Repairs

Hi, I am brand new to real estate investing and I'm particularly interested in flips. I am hoping to educate myself on how to better estimate repair costs. So far I've just been googling averages, but if anyone has any highly recommended tips and resources (books/videos/websites/etc) that would be great!
