I keep hearing some landlords use Facebook to market their vacant units and they are very successful at it.

I see that there are a handful of insurers that specialize in this type of underwriting from a simple Google search, but I'd be curious to hear about your success!

Most of the best wholesalers I know are extremely successful house rehabers who pass a few deals along when they are overwhelmed. 

@Rob BiancoAs someone who is also in NY and is an active out of state investor, I can tell you that meeting other investors who have successfully invested out of state will help you immensely. 

Although most people suggest to steer clear of 38127, I know many people who have great success in that area.
