I have been struggling to find the right people to work with, and I am curious to hear what resources (websites, friends, etc.) that you use to find and vet tradespeople and contractors before you hire them?

Come to find out the seller did not disclose that there were two hoa’s as the lawyer stated after a call to himHe said the information he got was only one hoaMy father really couldn't afford to pay for another hoa it can pay it but every month he was struggling so he stop paying the 80 a month he said he didn't know he to pay now they they are taking him to court to foreclose on his houseMy question is since the sellers did not disclose that there were two hoa’s should they be responsible?

However, we are struggling with outsourcing this smaller piece of the work.

Something I've consistently struggle with growing up was sticking to the long term plan because it seems like there is always a new variable in the short term.

Not sure if that's just marketing or the properties are struggling. 

Getting them to pay a homeowner is an ongoing struggle. 

Tell them what you're looking to do and what your struggles have been with conventional loans/banking.

I have actively been putting in offers consistently for about 2months and it seems like all the small multifamily and SFH are going for above market  and asking price by 20-30k to the point where they don’t cash flow… I have been struggling in this market.

As of right now, we have friends struggling to find a way out of New Orleans to try and come here and stay in some of our short term rentals for the foreseeable future.
