There is a high probability you will refinance out of it anyways so you might as well keep the cash.For ours, we did an FHA streamline refinance as soon as the work was finished.

The good ones will only give you the leads with real estate, address of the real estate, mortgage balance or guessed equity, attorney name, phone, address, maybe the executor /administrator name and address and maybe some other info in an excel/google doc so you can sort/shift the data to attack the ones you want to go after.
