That being said, if you have an arrangement with a private lender already and the money’s in your account, they’ll be none the wiser.

I'm in the process of speaking with the squatters to see if we can arrange a move out.

Contract closing date was 45 days hence, during which time I got the pre-arranged funding from a HML.Did not have to show POF as it was online auction.

My hopes is to Have someone be able to see the virtual tour and make sure it is Something they are further interested in before I make arrangements to let them see the inside of the house in person.

Many would not like this arrangement on here but it works great and I have no problem whatsoever in fact I prefer it .
