I need help creating a virtual tour that has a barcode

Can anyone point me in the right direction for creating virtual tours with the scannable barcode? I have several houses I am selling with owner finance and some of them are clear across town. My hopes is to Have someone be able to see the virtual tour and make sure it is Something they are further interested in before I make arrangements to let them see the inside of the house in person. Does someone know a company or an individual that can help me put this together on properties going forward?
