The only thing close is a larger parcel of land that this lot seems to be from but the deed owners number is no longer is service.

@Russell Brazil your example is lobbying for your own benefit, the 20% deduction :)  Our services qualify like all services to a certain income level, then they are specifically excluded from the deduction.I was just curious about all the volunteers who update the MLS without a personal reason to do so (better market data in their area, more comps listed, etc). 

I have heard of superintendent services companies but so far they have quoted me very high quotes.  

This was determined to be not sufficient to carry out the demands levied against the service so the USMC numbers have been growing over the past few years and thought it appears to change yearly, the actual authorized manning numbers are approved and projected forward several years so any short term war/crisis will have to be handled with current manning and reserves.
