These cats remind me of me and my wife a little. 

They have just enough out dated and irrelevant knowledge from a time that may as well never even happened, to cause issues from start to finish, but the entire way want to remind you that they "used" to be a broker...and how they "used" to do things...Bla...Bla...Bla

I just reminded my tenants at one of my houses yesterday that they might want to shut the storm windows as it will save $$ on their heat bill.  

My brokerage is investor focused and many of our clients have been found here.The key is to stick around and constantly remind people of the value you are able to add.

While it sounds like he’s been uncommunicative, I wouldn’t equate that to doing intentional damage. remind him that the house needs to be cleaned and you’re hoping to return his while deposit as long as there’s no damage within xx days (based on your state laws) or sooner if possible.
