Could I open a management company under a new LLC, charge market rates and pay income taxes on any income produced by that company?

Over-priced, under-rehabbed homes, in tough neighborhoods managed by a property manager who is more interested in the money made from sales/rehabs than properly managing the properties.I love helping investors turn around poorly performing portfolios, but some of these deals are so upside down it will not produce a solid return for years.

We got this far and we’re able to produce one report for one zip code but apparently it will take forever to repeat this task for 9 zip codes I need.

I obviously don't want to take up anyone's time until I'm closer to moving, but if I can at least be put on an automated email, that would be incredibly helpful.

I understand it's all about the numbers and comparing the would be deals to give a definitve answer, and obviously it makes more sense to go with the option that produces more proft.  

It's not hard (but is extra work as I end up producing a unique letter per offer) to temporarily transfer balances around to produce a proof of funds letter close to the asking price, but I'm looking to streamline where I can.
