I play what if at year end to maximize my tax situation. 

My form also lets them know that our review may reveal additional things they should have been charged for, so it can play out either way.

I had to hire a BK attorney in this state to file a motion because the spouses's attorney is playing games and my attorney isn't familiar with this states BK laws and didn't want to risk making any errors.Builder had a total of 3 loans on three different spec builds and he stole draw funds on all 3.
