Are you wanting to focus on SFR or multi? 

My wife has a good 6 months of Real Estate prime time left before she will need to slow down and so we focus on stacking more cash and ultimately sticking to the plan of buying the 2nd property and renting our current place out, just later.

It's similar to how buildings have cable, internet and power contracts. 

I'd rather focus my time on other things.

I focus on things like the 70% or 1% on my traditional rentals. 

Most of us just chalk it up to a bad experience and focus on getting the place rented again.

Should I be focused on a 2% rent rule or is 1.5% enough?
