I discovered my passion for real estate several months ago, and dove right in and started studying, reading books and listening to at least 50 podcasts so far.

I graduated college in May of 2017 and now  I work a full time 9-5 (well 7-3:30) job, that I am very happy with, but I have always had an interest and passion in the real estate world and would love to start part-time investing to make some extra cash and increase my yearly salary (as you can imagine I do not have "a lot" of money saved up at this moment). 

My wife, father-in-law, sister, and closest friends tell me this could be an answer to prayer and that I would have never fully pursued my passion for real-estate if this hadn't happened.

The concepts are relatively simple but incorporating a plan into my life has proven for me to be the hard part.I'm 19 with my RE license engaging in selling rental properties but my main passion and goals lie in buy and hold.

I'm passionate about all things ecological, sustainable, green, solar, etcetera.

My passion outside of baseball, for 3 to 4 years, has been real estate and I spend my spare time roaming the MLS, calling/emailing REI veterans, and talking to my grandfather about buy and holds. 

My name is Dominic, I'm 19 years old, I'm extremely passionate about real estate and have wanted to be an investor for years, so, again, I'm very grateful to be speaking with such like-minded people. 

My passion is to share my experiences and challenges to help others enjoy the freedom real estate has provided me.
