Once listed the payouts can only go down based on how many realtors/brokers are involved in the deal.

I believe both parties are at fault here, but I'm pretty sure my tenant is getting unfairly targeted in this.

when you attempt to modify a loan, do you reach out to the party directly or do you do it through a services or lawyer?

If this is a one off investor deal and you don’t have your own agent involved then I guess you have to make up your own solution.

A JV contract would stay in each parties possession, but in the event of a disagreement, you may end up in a civil court battle with no way to cloud the title until the judge made a ruling. 

After I gave him that address he couldn't use he said that I should have another guy involved in my deals so he can teach me what to do.
