Had heard from someone at PG&E that a separate meter would be required due to a separate address, however our city in the East Bay said they had not heard of this and were adamant that PG&E could not require it or would even be involved in the ADU beyond the main panel upgrade and solar installation.The state law referenced in the original post, AB 68 by Phil Ting, makes it very clear that a utility cannot require a separate meter, unless the ADU is being built with a new single-family home, or the ADU is to be located more than 150 feet from the primary house.

Investment companies don’t get business financing - it’s for operating companies like restaurants etc.

How will the Fed react to the U.S. economy creating 818,000 fewer jobs than originally reported from March 2023 through March 2024? 

On the 19th now the credit bureaus didn't all show up and we were forced to push it back another day because the scores didn't show until after my original  closing time.

I started investing in real estate pretty early because everyone I ran into kept saying "boy, I wish I would have started younger" so I really took that to heart.
