The remaining steps in wholesaling are just technical - do this then that.

Either tell the truth, or find another solution that will work for all involved, (with honesty, ethics and financing).Remember, just because you know how to do something, and it technically is 'legal', does not make it right. 

I'm not quite sure what my exact niche will be yet, though I am working my way through some of the suggested begginners tasks.

Those things can be applied to whatever your niche is

@Alexander Kempf I would recommend both if you have the time.Becoming a developer requires vision and leadership skills as well as technical aptitude.

Being new to the area, I would love to connect with any investors in the area that are also focusing on this niche! 

Avoid the "shiny object syndrome" by narrowing down your niche as soon as possible.
