Welcome Ronald, neat plan...Lots of mortgage pros can chime in on your options and the exact requirements, and on your property choice, I would make sure the condo/town home allows rentals and check some of the in depth pros and cons on renting these (some BP folks make it work others aver for sf or small multiplex, I like both)...You can search BP for forums on these topics...Best of luck

Those funds however will not be available for REI, you can only invest in what investment choices your plan offers.In addition to that you can contribute to individual IRA, the limit is $5,500 for 2015.When it comes to 401k - it is an employer sponsored plan and unless you own a small business or self-employed, you will not be able to set one up.

The (2) agents are always out of the office finding new deals to place in the pipeline, their work ethic is hard to find, they make it their job to find new clients daily and the thing that makes them different from others are that they are willing to do things that others cannot.Hopefully out if this session you realized that with out the first (2) choices the only choice that you're actually left with to really Acquire  money to start Investin, is with hard work.In any event I am an All Cash Buyer in the NYC area.
