I am looking for an agent in the Phoenix area who is familiar with the BRRRR strategy and can help me find small multi-family properties to tackle.

Most of the work we performed in residential/multi-family facilities was due to liability/risk management on the owner/manager's part.

In his YouTube videos he makes it seem so simple to find a house with equity then quickly flip it to purchase another house.

Can anyone recommend a good agent for multi-family commercial in North Florida?

My one struggle is that after watching plenty of videos reading the books and doing research, I feel like I don't know where to focus my new knowledge, and how to get that first deal in motion.
