Story of my first rehab project

Hey everyone, I'm new to BP but I wanted to share this video I made throughout the process of doing my first flip! Ive been involved in real estate since the beginning of this year (2107) and after doing a few wholesale deals we finally found the "perfect flip"... so we thought. When we bought the house we were thinking we would be spending 15-20k in rehab. We soon found out that number would be climbing over 30k. We learned a ton and are itching to do it again! Check it out the full video on youtube and let me know what you think.

Heres the link!

Thanks
