I know most seasoned investors might not be interested in this but this might help some new investors just starting out who are looking to see what a deal looks like in this model.

Golf courses and Ski Hills have the same problem (at least here) - both are seasonal businesses and weather dependent (Ski Hills in particular).

Now you have a US entity that owns the property..You then would need to wait two yrs of seasoning before a lender would lend against this entity

I am seeking a lender that will relax the "seasoning period" for the foreclosure and allow the seasoning period of the bankruptcy to superseded foreclosure.
