Hello,

I am giving a link for you to click on to go and view an example of the financial model I use to figure out if a property is a good deal. I am looking for feedback. Copy and paste into your search bar to view. Once downloaded make sure to view at 100%

If you want me to run a property you have through my system I would be more than happy to help you out. I know most seasoned investors might not be interested in this but this might help some new investors just starting out who are looking to see what a deal looks like in this model. I will need you to make sure to give me the correct figures so we can get the most accurate idea of what it will look like. Again, I am looking for feedback, thank you
