Even with our crazy life, we have made it work.

if he does the work,  he is either super cheap or can't afford to hire it out cause he will lose money. what u should look for is a run down place that u can bring back to life

So the presentation is about to start and I decide to write notes on his selling techniques( I was really into human behavior at the time especially after watching Lie To Me). so He's going on and on and I note how he's making the crowd comfortable and making them like him with his sense of humor and such (I later Found it's called "building rapport") and I also notice on how he plays on some of the older's crowds sense of regret of not working harder when they were younger to build a better life.

Not that it would be a bad thing because I also get advice from Motley Fool for that side of my investing life and they've done a fabulous job for me.  

I'm not greedy nor altruistic, I'm just like most who want a better life for their loved ones. 

My question is where would you go from here at this stage in my life?

The sit is very active, informative, and real life connections.

All of this progress within a week shows I'm serious and ambitious it's gotten to the point I constantly visializing my self living being where I want to be in life.
