Haha but yes it seems it boils down to debt, purchasing bigger property, and personal issues.

There are going to be more people who can afford $1300 so vacancy is less of an issue.  3) This is a broad question, and it really depends on so many factors.

Dealing with that was a major headache but I was able to get through it.

It's a 2 bed, 2 bath condo within 15 minutes of major hospitals in the Cincinnati area.

Is this issue that there is not enough room in your deals to pay the property management fees and still turn a profit?

The downside of buying cheap houses is the lack of appreciation they have and having to pay for the same cap ex issues over 10-15 years.
