Second Investment Property in Five Months!

Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

We closed on our second investment property today! It's a 2 bed, 2 bath condo within 15 minutes of major hospitals in the Cincinnati area. It was already a MTR, listed on Furnished Finder, so we bought the furniture and furnishings too.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We self manage our condos and live over 10 hours away, so putting together this off-market deal to include the furniture, furnishings, a tenant, and a current listing, made it possible to go live without needing to travel.

What was the outcome?

The seller was great, arranging with Furnished Finder to transfer the current listing to us. And a travel nurse who rented it last month from the seller is going to finish out the lease with us. Cash flow on day one!
