We are hoping that this will become an internationally-known landmark for Kampala.We have built about 272 luxury suites and guest-rooms offering an unparalleled range of facilities with three restaurants and two bars for entertainment, a large health and beauty spa, conference and meeting facilities for over 1,000 delegates and ballrooms for private functions.Upon completion, how much do you estimate it will have cost?

This really is with my vacation rental business and has not been an issue with the full-time rentals.I had one homeowner that wanted me to replace all of the steps to her deck (at my expense) because a small piece of wood had chipped or worn off the front of some of the steps.

I get vacation time, but only a few weeks a year. 

The market here in Silicon Valley is such that other buildings, considered "luxury" are renting their 1 BR's for $3,500-$4,500 a month.

I read a article recently that said The wealthy never take a day off or a vacation from making money.

Another option is LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile I believe). 

Entrepreneurs don't have that luxury.

I'm not in your area but I'm heavily involved in vacation rentals in Orlando.
