I’m a sponge when it comes to learning so all advice and feedback welcome.

Definitely depends on lots of factors - I would strongly suggest learning how to do basic modeling/underwriting and projecting the cash flows out in different scenarios 

While I'm still recovering from my injuries and learning to walk again, I refuse to let these obstacles hold me back.One area where I see potential is in real estate.

I have experience in office/managing projects I'm sure there will be a learning curve, but one we believe we can accomplish.
