Newer to the real estate world. Bought my first 2 bed/2 bath property 4 years ago and have been house hacking it for the last 2 years. Now looking to expand and network for potential partnerships, mentorships, and growth within this community. In my research, co-hosting and multi-family units has caught my eye the most. Would love to hear from others and connect on what would be the best way to get started. I’m a sponge when it comes to learning so all advice and feedback welcome.
