If your interested in being legal th efirst thing you do, before you buy a property, is to study your state landlord tenant regulations.

But in general, I am wondering the best method to contact this landlord/property owner so as to get their attention and really help them see that my purchasing this property from them would be taking a headache off their hands.

Landlords in Allentown, are you noticing your improvements to generate a higher quality tenant, or is it hard to not be a slum lord in Allentown?

For me my end buyer is a landlord that wants dirt cheap houses or a flipper who wants distressed property at a discount.  

Two years later the landlord lost their case and paid the full deposit back to my friend.

I would like to know what landlords in NJ are using as a platform to rent and showcase your apartments?
