I am a new wholesaler in the central valley, i have been door knocking and cold calling but only 5 days a week i have school 2 days a week and i want to keep my pipeline full with cold calls as well.  

Look on YouTube for videos of wholesalers and Realtors (and various other business/sales people) cold calling prospects for business.disclosure: this (cold/warm calling) is my primary lead gen spoke, second only to door-knocking and networking.

Good point about knocking down the price since there aren't any agents but him.

If you're new no one is going to knock down your door to do a deal with them, it's up to you do knock down someone else's door.

If just addresses you need to send them mail or go knock on their door.
