Is there a way via the internet to look up case records?

Okay, so I'm literally just starting out on my real estate investing journey, I have heard to start out with mobile homes preferably under 5k to build my portfolio anyone has any ideas where I can possibly find these type of deal I have literally been searching the internet since 2 am ET and no luck lol

Okay, so I'm literally just starting out on my real estate investing journey, I have heard to start out with mobile homes preferably under 5k to build my portfolio anyone has any ideas where I can possibly find these type of deal I have literally been searching the internet since 2 am ET and no luck lol

I have done research through Biggerpockets and the internet and this is what I have so far -Was wondering if someone can tell me how accurate I am and if I am missing anything.

I know that at the end of the day its up to AirBnB but I have been looking all over the internet finding lots of "how to charge guests" posts, not many "I got X reimbursed" posts.

I have always wanted to get started in REI, I read various books and listened to several webinars and podcasts related to the topic but kept making excuses on why I shouldn’t get started...no time, too much risk, need to concentrate on my career...blah blah blah!

I fully concentrate on Institutional Residential Re-Performing (RP) & Non-Performing (NP) 2nd Mortgages.

The biggest mistake you can make is to ask for and accept legal advice from random strangers on an internet chat board. 

Once you "pick" your TK provider and by default the location you need to do A LOT of due diligence about the area - the nice thing is - once the area is identified you now have something specific to concentrate on and gather information.  

If you're curious, the reason they don't post it online is because of a law in this state that prohibits any state or local agency from posting certain elected and/or appointed officials home address on the internet without first obtaining their written permission.
