Hello BP friends, I am finally ready to begin my journey as a Real Estate Investor! I am interested in utilizing the BRRRR strategy and currently at a stage where I am building my "Core Four" and calling on all Deal Finders, Lenders, Contractors and Property Managers in my backyard that would like to connect and share value. I have always wanted to get started in REI, I read various books and listened to several webinars and podcasts related to the topic but kept making excuses on why I shouldn't get started...no time, too much risk, need to concentrate on my career...blah blah blah! 😞

So what brings me here today?  I was forced to exit a 27+ year career in Industrial Sales due to family matters surrounding COVID-19 and am currently unemployed.  Fortunately, I am viewing this situation as an opportunity to end the excuses and jump start this new endeavor.  I do have capital available to purchase my first property so the time is now!  Also, I am interested in any employment opportunities, surrounding real estate investing, that will better connect and educate me in the industry while earning some “scratch” to keep me afloat.  I appreciate your time and look forward to all responses and feedback. 🧐🙂
