Hello,I heard that when bidding on a REO home surrounded by rentals you should offer less than a similar home on the next block over surrounded by owner occupants.

I thought I could run this operation with my ipad while sitting at the beach surrounded by beautiful women who have no self confidence and who look to me to define them ROFL :) Puke

That ceiling that didn't need painting now looks like crap after surrounding it with new lighting, freshly painted walls and a nice hardwood floor.

Rats can cause damage to the electric wires, they will eat the casing off of the wires.I do not know if this house has a attic,if it does,the insulation is probably trashed with their discharge.The reason I bring this up,who ever buys that house,and brings in a half way decent home inspector, they will know the past situation.

What is the area demographics, what are surrounding homes selling for, what is the mix of owner occupied to rentals, what is the vacancy rate in the area, what are the typical rental rates for similar homes, what is the job market like, proximity to schools and other consumer resources.
