It’s funny, because they would be basically the same thing, only we tend to think of mobile home parks as serving lower class constituencies, and tend to think of tiny homes as an upper-class innovation.

I also wouldn’t count on doing great cash flow-wise, even if it looks on paper that it’s a good deal... you’re going to struggle with collections and evictions, in my experience.
