I talked to a family friend and he is willing to fund my investment.

We are searching for one that is user-friendly and has a module for presentation purposes to lenders and investors as well.

I My friend was in the same situation as you 1 year ago I told her to get a second job and start working on her credit. 1 year later she has over 40k saved and credit is up over 700 now.

I'm looking for a investor friendly broker licensed in KS and MO to hang my license.

@George Kountoupis No George, i'm in Phoenix, but I'm always curious about other states, I have friends who are flipping out of state now, which i don't have the guts to do yet!

After a chat with a friend of mine about how I am not satisfied with where my Real Estate knowledge currently is, I did some thinking and came up with a crazy (I feel) idea.
