looking to buy mt first roperty

I live in the Boston area and am looking to buy my first multi family property this year. I am looking for a 2-4 unit in the North Shore area. I want to buy from a wholesaler. I talked to a family friend and he is willing to fund my investment. If you have something for sale please let me know.
