So my question is should I as an independent contractor (1099) have the companies marketing expenses deducted from my checks?

ThanksGuy:The valve we are testing is on a smaller property, so is for the entire building, but you could use them on a per-unit basis.In purpose-built multiunit buildings if the water is run independently to each unit .. or trunk and T-lines along central corridor on each level, I would consider sub-metering the water.  

@Rory ComptonSince Virginia Beach is a independent city with no county courthouse (what I'm assuming) find a way to pull the death certificate.Whomever filled it out (relative, friend, etc.,) will be your first point of contact.

Deciding where and what you want to invest in depends on what you feel comfortable with.

Are you suggesting a seller should consider having independent policy?
