Paul suburbs area of MN.I used https://www.zillow.com/research/data/ to download some data for the past 18 months on home sale prices and rent amount by month.

If you look on Zillow or any other site, I see far too many properties with iPhone pictures (sorry Apple, I know that you've invested a lot into your camera quality).

I have already began taking some courses on TD ameritrade's website, I opened a brokerage account and downloaded thinkorswim(trading program), and I have been observing stocks and messing with trendlines and different forms of analysis.

Can anyone plug me into the matrix and download this information to my brain?

Additionally, they claim they have "Apps" for android and iphone, when in fact they are not apps - they are just mobile-specific web sites.  

There is an app for iPhone called "TopConnector."
