BiggerPockets Community,

I was wondering if yall could point me in the direction of some some good literature on the topic of breaking into Commercial Real Estate.

I graduated in 2011 in petroleum engineering and would like to get started with serious investing. I'm turned off to the residential scene, and would like to venture in commercial properties.

I'm looking for some reading materials that will bring me up to speed on terms and strategies. I want to build a knowledge foundation that prepares me for this next step in my investing. Any suggestions?
