Guessing the potential long term construction of a new road and housing development with no time line is scaring people away.

I plan on house hacking when I have the chance and then  growing my real estate portfolio as much as possible as time goes on.

Cars, Eggs, and of course Houses,,,all UP.

Purchased and fully rehab entire house under 6 months.

I am looking to vacate the house and prep for a 1031.I previously had the property listed, got under contract just for this tenant to be the reason we didnt make it through the inspection period.I have a good relationship with her but she is a mess, pays late every month (including her late fee, she is current), police visits, etc. 

The house is paid off and clear, but her brother owns 50% of it.  

like how you guys are getting the pics of the house, other than sending someone over the property? 

I’m looking for guidance on what type of investment property I should be looking to buy, whether it be a multi-family, single family, or a house near the beach that can double as a beach house/student housing as there is a university nearby. 

I have one house-hacking property in SLC, but homes here have gotten a bit too high to see any cash-flow.
