Do you have reserves to carry it for a time?

Seems like I am wasting time for others.Some insight from experienced investors who use conventional financing or lenders would help me.

To assume the simplest thing and answer your question: if you're having a hard time attracting buyers, its likely the property is overpriced for its current condition/location/overall etc. 

I'm sure if you put the time and money in to Bosch's course it could work.The simple reality though (as @Scott Morris noted) is that there are many high quality land courses out there that are either free or inexpensive.Almost every one of the several multi-seven-figure land flippers I know has taken at least one course.

It will save you a lot of time and money.
