Studying for R.E. exam....any tips?

Lalania Allgeyer
Posted

Hello, my name is Lalania and I'm fairly new to Real Estate/Investment so I'm currently educating myself.  I'm also studying for the R.E. exam right now and I was wondering if anyone had some tips or advice to give?  Thank you!

tips.

When taking the test do the math questions last.. and don't worry if you are not good at math there is usually only a few.. in fact when I have taken the brokers tests in 3 states I don't even do the math I just mark C..  bone up on Agency and law .. that's 50% or better of the test.
also you will have a bunch of practice questions memorize answers.. many times they are verbatim.

Getting the license is just like getting a license to fly.. once you have it now you have a license to learn the craft.. the tests do not teach you to fly and they don't teach you how to be an agent.
