Although I'd prefer the better product where I'm all in around 80 to 90k, they're worth between 135 to 150k as those have some real nice appreciation potential as well.

The distance of moving and height of the house and corners and turns and utility lines and bridges all increase the moving costs.Unless it is a house with amazing historical significance or charm I don't really see the point much over building new.I looked at those houses in Atlanta 2 to 3 years ago and I just didn't like the product and areas.

They are established, dependable and have marketed to the CA real estate licensee community for as long as I can remember.If they cannot help, try looking for a list broker however you'll probably pay a premium.Lastly, if you intend to offer a non-competing product or service, you might find someone or some other vendor with a house list that meets your requirement, just remember and respect that it's their list, and they probably won't want to provide it to you but rather send out your offer from their server.
