Ideally, I want to lease it to national chain maybe as they can reconstruct motel rooms into offices for like satellite office for Comcast or clinics or urgent care like MedNOW but any industry welcome as long they pay rent, insurance, and taxes.Thanks for brainstorming with me.

In an ideal situation, assuming the usual syndication model, one would, theoretically, have to have the same LPs invest in the newer deal with the same sponsor i.e. practically impossible.
