It is a small inconvenience for a great reward. 

I usually just shop replacements on PC Richards, Lowe's or HomeDepot but thought I'd ask the community if anyone has other recommendations for appliance providers or loyalty/rewards programs I should be aware of given my frequent purchases.

There was garbage all over, expired food left out, a nail polish stain in the master bedroom carpet, coloring on the walls, etc.

So, as a new investor, it may make sense to take a low-risk, low cash flow reward strategy and bank on appreciation.

For example, some cards have aggressive cash back rewards, others offer 0% balance transfers and other might give you flyer's miles.

Rewarding bad behavior feels bad, but focus on your long term success over short term pain.  

What are the most lucrative and rewarding list to attack?

It was a very rewarding experience which we plan on duplicating.

I would be careful on buying for appreciation man can be a high risk high reward game.
